Metallic Garage Floors
A spectacular, high-end look that commands attention. Our marbled metallic system creates a 3D glass-like finish with unparalleled depth, movement, and hand-crafted marbling veins designed for luxury properties and showrooms.
3D Marbled Metallic Floors
By mixing iridescent metallic color pigments directly into our clear self-leveling resins, our installers hand-manipulate the color to form unique, flowing marbling veins. This produces a stunning floor that stands up to heavy use while looking like a work of art.

The Metallic Prep & Install Process
Achieving a glass-like finish requires meticulous attention to detail. Here is how our expert crew builds your metallic floor.
Concrete Prep
We diamond-grind the entire floor to establish a concrete surface profile, open up the pores, and repair all cracks and divots.
Black Base Primer
A high-bond solid black base coat is applied. This primer seals the concrete and provides a dark background to make metallic pigments pop with maximum contrast.
Pigment Manipulation
We mix specialized metallic powders into clear self-leveling resins. Using squeegees, rollers, and alcohol misting, we swirl the colors to create organic 3D patterns.
Protective Topcoat
We seal the floor with a high-solids, UV-stable polyaspartic clear topcoat. This locks in the high-gloss shine and adds scratch and chemical resistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our marbled metallic floor coatings.
- How long does it take to cure and walk/drive on?
Typically, you can walk on the surface in 24 hours and park vehicles on it after 48 to 72 hours.
- Is a marbled metallic floor slippery?
While it looks like polished glass, we can incorporate specialized slip-resistant micro-aggregates into the clear topcoat to provide traction without dulling the 3D look.
- How do I clean and maintain the metallic finish?
Cleaning is simple: sweep away dust and mop occasionally with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid soap-based cleaners which can leave a dull film.
- Are metallic floor coatings durable enough for heavy vehicles?
Yes! The thick self-leveling resin base combined with a high-wear polyaspartic topcoat makes it highly resistant to heavy vehicles, hot-tire marks, and impact.
