Quartz Garage Floors

Our most durable and traction-focused floor coating system. Engineered for high-traffic environments, mechanical shops, and extreme workloads, this multi-layer system withstands heavy impact and harsh chemical exposure.

Extreme Durability

Double-Broadcast Quartz Floors

Built by broadcasting colored quartz silica sands into a thick resin basecoat, followed by an additional broadcast coat, and sealed with a heavy-duty chemical-resistant topcoat. This produces a highly slip-resistant, indestructible floor that can handle the toughest jobs.

The Quartz Prep & Install Process

A heavy-duty system requires a methodical, layered application to ensure proper adhesion and thickness.

Surface Profiling

Meticulous diamond grinding opens up the concrete pores, removes loose material, and creates a clean profile for bonding.

First Broadcast

A thick base coat of high-solids polyurea is applied, followed by an immediate, full broadcast of colored quartz aggregate until the floor is saturated.

Second Broadcast

We sweep off excess quartz, apply a second layer of self-leveling resin, and perform a second broadcast of quartz sands to lock in thickness and slip resistance.

Heavy-Duty Topcoat

The system is sealed with a chemical-resistant, UV-stable polyaspartic clear topcoat, providing maximum resistance to abrasions and staining.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our double-broadcast quartz floor coatings.

Quartz aggregate consists of pure double-broadcast silica sands, offering the highest level of impact resistance, traction, and structural thickness (80-100 mils) of any system we install.

Despite being a double-broadcast system, our advanced polyaspartic primers and topcoats cure rapidly, allowing us to complete the entire install in just 2 days.

Because of its textured grip, it can be swept, hosed down, pressure-washed, or scrubbed with standard cleaning solutions. It is designed to handle rigorous cleaning.

Our quartz floors are ANSI certified high-traction surfaces, making them exceptionally safe even when wet, oily, or soapy.
